تعد الشركة مسؤوله عن إعادة العناصر المفقودة إلى أصحابها إذا استقبلت وتسلمت العناصر المفقودة من المكتشفين ويسلم العنصر المفقود إلى المالكين ليست مسؤولة عن أي معاملة خارج الموقع أو بدون التنسيق معنا -الشركة المستخدم مسؤول عن سلامته الشخصية عند التعامل مع أي مكتشف- لا نكشف عن أي معلومات باستثناء المعلومات التي يمكن أن تساعد في إرجاع العناصر المفقودة -المستخدم مسؤول عن مشاركة منشورات أي عنصر مفقود تم العثور عليه غير آمن على موقع الويب -تقع على عاتق المستخدم مسؤولية تقديم معلومات حقيقية وصحيحة على حساب الخاص به Safety code -لا يمكن أن يضمن رمز الاستجابة السريع(QR) إعادة العناصر المفقودة في حالة السرقة ولكنه يضمن الوصول المباشر إلى معلومات الاتصال بالمالك Safety Code - أنت تقر وتوافق على أن ستسعى لإعطائك إشعارًا بأي تعديل على اتفاقية المستخدم هذه تزيد من التزاماتك أو تقلل حقوقك بموجب اتفاقية المستخدم- - أنت تقر وتوافق على أنه يجوز ل Safety Code إجراء تعديلات جوهرية دون موافقتك المحددة الأخرى في أي وقت وبأثر فوري عن طريق نشر إشعار بالتعديل على الموقع. - كما يحق لشركة سيفتي كود وضع الخدمة في اية صور تراها كيفما تشاء- المستخدم يكون مسوؤل مسوؤلية كاملة امام الشركة في حالة حدوث اي اختراق او انتهاك لموقع الشركة من خلال حسابه -لا يحق للمستخدم نسخ او عمل نسخ من رمز الاستجابة السريع ( QR ) -المستخدم مسؤول عن أي معلومات يقدمها إلى موقع الويب شروط الحساب -يجب أن تكون انسان او شخص طبيعي .لانه لا يُسمح بالحسابات المسجلة بواسطة "روبوتات" أو طرق آلية أخرى. -يجب عليك تقديم اسمك القانوني الكامل وعنوان بريد إلكتروني صالح وأي معلومات أخرى مطلوبة لإكمال عملية التسجيل. -لا يجوز استخدام معلومات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك إلا بواسطة شخص واحد. -أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك ---وكلمة المرور. لا يمكن لبرنامج Safety Code ولن يكون مسؤولاً عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن فشلك في الامتثال لهذا الالتزام الأمني. -أنت مسؤول عن كل المحتوى المنشور والنشاط الذي يحدث تحت حسابك. -لا يجوز لك استخدام البرنامج التابع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به. يجب ألا تنتهك عند استخدام الخدمةأية قوانين في ولايتك القضائية (بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر قوانين حقوق النشر). -لا يجوز لك استخدام البرنامج التابع Safety Code لكسب المال من حسابات منتج Safety Code الخاصة بك. تعريف العميل -
